My old boots useto give me bad blisters with pairs of socks made them worse but insoles worked pritty good also try some vaseline that might help.

wear socks keep bandaids with you, in case you get one, but sounds wrong size of shoe, and not much you can do about it. They just don’t fit on your feet correctly
