   I honestly wouldn’t know, all I can think of is small pieces of foam, I’ve never had to do that. I would have no idea if they have anything in shoe stores that you could use, I’ve never had to look for anything. Try searching in the shoe sections in stores there or a shoe store, or ask the workers there, they may know.
