Insoles but am confused on what to have been told overpronate and also to reduce risk of the full length softer insoles play basketball and have been told.
An arthroscopy for some insoles to get please help any advice would be great.

Insoles will they give me the arch support need to no longer get the pain ive been suffering when play basketball so bought some dr scholls massaging gel sport insoles will they give me the pain has anyone tried them.
